Can I cancel my booking, and how do I get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. To cancel, please send an email to office@dstrct.at with your cancellation request. According to our cancellation policy, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your game for a full refund. You’ll be given the choice to receive your refund either as a gift card or back to your credit card. If you need to reschedule, this can be done once, up to 24 hours before the event, free of charge.
